What are the shipping times for your products?
In France / We take 1 day of preparation then 2-4 days (working days only) to deliver your order in standard delivery. If you choose delivery to a relay point, the delivery time is estimated at 5-7 days (working days only)
In the rest of the world / The delivery time is longer.

Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?

I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the email address: NICETYFEM@GMAIL.COM. Our customer service department will therefore ask you to return the item to us and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.
